| Patricia K. (Pat) Reass: Mrs. Reass formed Kathman Realty,inc., (d.b.a. APPRAISAL GROUP) in 1986. While licensed as a Real Estate Broker, her primary focus since inception of the company has been the appraisal of residential properties.
She holds a State of Florida Real Estate Broker license and is a State-Certified Residential Appraiser RD382. Pat is also recognized as an approved FHA Roster Appraiser .
She is permitted as a State of Florida Appraisal Instructor license #IR-1000001, and teaches for the FloridaRealtors Association. Her classes include the "Appraisal" as well as "Construction" modules for GRI-III.
Mrs. Reass has also taught for independent Boards of Realtors and private real estate educational schools throughout the state. (WWW.PATREASS.COM)
Pat is a Past President of the East Polk County Association of Realtors and 1996 District 10 Vice President for the Florida Association of Realtors. She also served as the 2011 Chairman of the FloridaRealtor Appraisal Council.
Current memberships include the Bartow Board of Realtors (Polk County), Heartland Association of Realtors (Highlands County) and the FloridaRealtors (formerly the Florida Association of Realtors) as well as the National Association of Realtors.
Additionally, Mrs. Reass serves as a highly qualified review appraiser for many local and nationwide lenders and has served as an expert court witness in the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court.

Rick Reass: Mr. Reass, who is the Managing Member of the Appraisal Group, joined the firm in 1998 after serving the local banking industry for over 23 years as a Mortgage Lender & Portfolio Manager.
Rick's experience of managing a $20 million loan portfolio and underwriting individual loan files, provides knowledge in the preparation of appraisal assignments in a professional and concise manner, being well aware of the importance of quality valuations.
Rick is licensed as a State-Certified Residential Appraiser RD3753 and is an FHA Approved Roster appraiser. He has performed numerous new and review appraisal work in both Polk and Highlands counties since joining the firm and is recognized as an expert witness in the judicial system.
Mr. Reass was the recipient of a college basketball scholarship and an honors graduate of Northwestern State University of Louisiana, majoring in Business Administration & Finance.
He successfully completed graduate level education at the Institute of Financial Education in Chicago, IL and is a former President of the Winter Haven Kiwanis Club and alumnus of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Leadership Group I.

James H. Brickner: Mr. Brickner joined the Appraisal Group in October 1998, having spent the previous 12 years with another appraisal firm in Polk County.
He is licensed as a State Certified Residential Appraiser #RD-1046. Mr. Brickner is also an approved FHA Roster Appraiser.
He is a graduate of the Broward Community College and has been a licensed real estate appraiser in the local market since 1986 and has also been an expert witness in the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court.
